Ingredients
500 g 500 Capital Beer Sausage (Cut into ½-inch pieces)
3 tbsp 3 Olive Oil
2 tbsp 2 Beer
2 tbsp 2 Fresh Oregano (Chopped)
1 tbsp 1 Fresh Basil (Chopped)
1 tbsp 1 Liquid Honey
3 3 Garlic cloves (Minced)
1 tsp 1 Cayenne
1/2 tsp 1/2 Salt
1/2 tsp 1/2 Pepper
1 1 Small Red Onion (Sliced)
1 1 Medium Bell Pepper (Sliced)
1 cup 1 Zucchini (Cut into ½-inch pieces)
3/4 cup 3/4 Celery (Cut into ½-inch pieces)
3 3 Corn (Cut into 4 pieces each)
1 cup 1 Grape Tomatoes (Sliced in half)
Directions
- Prepare the barbecue for medium direct heat. *
- Next combine the next 6 ingredients into a large bowl. Add the olive oil mixture to the beer sausage mixture. Combine well.
- Divide the sausage and vegetables evenly between 4 foil sheets, making sure the ingredients are in the middle of the foil. Wrap foil sheets, so it is sealed well.
- lace the packets on the grill for about 15 minutes. Rotate the packages 180º around and cook for another 10-15 minutes until vegetables tender. Remove packets from the grill and open them carefully. Divide the grape tomatoes equally amongst the foil packages. Close the packages, and let them sit for about 5 minutes. Serve warm.

Notes
- If you prefer to cook over a campfire, once the packages are sealed place them on a grid over a campfire or on a bed of hot coals. Cook as directed above, being careful to rotate the packages.
