These dips are not only great with our Summer Sausage but also easily be paired with other great dishes as well. You can keep all dips for up to a week in the refrigerator!

Ingredients
- Coconut Honey Sriracha
1/2 cup Honey
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
1 tbsp Ginger (Minced)
3 Garlic cloves (Minced)
1 tbsp Corn Starch
3 tbsp Coconut (Shredded)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Dill Chimichurri
3/4 cup Fresh Dill (Chopped)
1/4 cup Fresh Mint Leaves (Chopped)
2 tbsp Fresh Oregano (Chopped)
3/4 cup Olive Oil
2 tbps White Wine Vinegar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
- Lemon Aioli
1 cup Mayonnaise
5 Garlic cloves (Minced)
3 tbps Lemon Juice
1 tsp Lemon Zest
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
Directions
- Coconut Honey Sriracha - Place the first 7 ingredients into a jar/ container with a lid. Shake together until well combined and pour into a bowl. Stir in the coconut and set aside.
- Dill Chimichurri - Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and set aside.
- Lemon Aioli - Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and set aside.
