  • 8 Slices Capital Bologna

  • 2 tsp Cooking Oil

  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise

  • 2 slices Whole Grain Bread

  • 2 tbsp Grainy Dijon Mustard

  • 1/2 cup Arugula

  • 2 slices Havarti Cheese

  • 2 slices Provolone Cheese

  • 2 tsp Butter


  • Heat the oil in a fry pan to medium. Add the Capital Bologna sliced, and cook for 3 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside on a plate lined with a paper towel. 
  • Spread the outside on the bread slices evenly with 1 tbsp. of mayonnaise. Next on the inside of the bread spread the grainy mustard evenly on one slice and the rest of the mayonnaise on the other. On the slice with the mayonnaise layer on the Havarti cheese slices, arugula, fried bologna, provolone cheese slices, and toppings with the bread slice, mustard side down.
  • Heat the butter in the same fry pan to medium-low. Add the same and fry for 3 minutes. Flip the sandwich over and fry for another 2 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
  • Remove from the pan and serve immediately.
