Ingredients

  • 1 box 1 Rotini Pasta

  • 1 large handful 1 Green Onions

  • 1 pkg 1 Grape Tomato

  • 1 large handful 1 Parsley

  • 1 small handful 1 Oregano

  • 1 can 1 Tuna

  • 1 large handful 1 Celery

  • 1 large handful 1 Green Beans

  • 1 can 1 Peas

  • 1 Mariano size splash 1 Red Wine Vinegar

  • 1 pinch 1 Salt

  • 1 pinch 1 Pepper

  • 6 6 Green Olives

  • 1 1 Yellow Bell Pepper

  • 1 1 Orange Bell Pepper

  • 1 large handful 1 Pecorino Cheese

Directions

  • Bring 2 pots of water up to a boil.
  • Steam your washed green beans and celery in one pot with a steam separator for about 6-7 minutes.
  • Boil a 454g pack of Rotini Pasta in the other pot of water until the desired doneness.
  • Chop your remaining vegetables up into thin pieces and add to a large mixing bowl. Also add the herbs, finely chopped, and a can of tuna.
  • Season with Salt, Pepper, and Red Wine Vinegar.
  • Chop the steamed celery and green beans and add with the rest of the vegetables.
  • Strain the pasta once cooked, and rinse with cold water. Add the strained pasta to the large mixing bowl with the vegetables and toss until evenly mixed. Top with Pecorino Cheese.
  • Serve, and enjoy!
