  • 2/3 Capital Ham Sausage (Diced)

  • 2 tsp Cooking Oil

  • 2 tbsp Butter

  • 0.5 Onion diced

  • 1 lb Broccoli

  • 5 Garlic Cloves (minced)

  • 1.5 cups Half & Half Cream

  • Salt to taste

  • Pepper to taste

  • 1.5 cup Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)

  • 1.25 cup Swiss Cheese (Shredded)

  • 1 tbsp Corn Starch (Optional)


  • Preheat a pan on medium-high heat. Add cooking oil, and diced Capital Ham Sausage, and cook until browned.
  • Remove Capital Ham Sausage from the pan, but do not drain. Add 2 tbsp butter, and onions. Cook until the onions are translucent. 
  • When the onions are cooked, add the broccoli. Cook until the broccoli becomes vibrant. (about 3-4 minutes)
  • When the broccoli is cooked, add the garlic. Cook the garlic for 30-60 seconds, or until fragrant. Try not to brown the garlic.
  • After the garlic is cooked, add the cream. Simmer until desired consistency. If you want to thicken the sauce, you can add a 1 tbsp cornstarch slurry at this time. (corn starch and water)
  • Top evenly with both cheeses, and broil until golden. Serve and enjoy!
