Ingredients
4 links Capital King Cheddar Smokies
1/3 cup Jalapeño Jelly
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
8 pcs Crescent Roll Dough (Pre-made)
1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375ºf. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a small bowl mix the Jalapeño jelly and Dijon mustard together and set aside
- On a cutting board, unroll the crescent roll dough to have 8 pieces. Take two triangles to make a rectangular shape. Pinch the middle together so it becomes one piece. Next spread the Jalapeño mixture evenly over the crescent roll dough pieces, leaving a 1/8 of an inch border around 3 sides.
- Place a smoke on the long end with the Jalapeño mixture. Fold the short sides in and roll the smokie up. Pinch the seam together to ensure it is well closed, and place the seam side down.
- Cut each roll into 1-inch pieces. Place each piece on the bake sheet smokie side up. Sprinkle them evenly with the cheese.
- Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes. Put on a serving tray and enjoy!
