  • 750 g 750 Capital Garlic Sausage

  • 1/3 cup 1/3 Olive Oil

  • 3 3 Garlic Cloves (Minced)

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 Salt

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 Black Pepper (Ground)

  • 1/4 tsp 1/4 Dried Red Chili Pepper (Crushed)

  • 3 cups 3 Baby Potatoes (Chopped)

  • 3 cups 3 Carrots cut into 1" pieces

  • 1 cup 1 Onion (Chopped)

  • 2 cups 2 Broccoli (Sliced)

  • 3 tbsp 3 Italian Parsley (Chopped)

  • 2 tbsp 2 Rosemary (Chopped)


  • Preheat the oven to 425ºf. 
  • In a small bowl whisk together olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and red chili flakes.
  • Line a large bake sheet with parchment paper. Add the sausage, potatoes, carrots, and onions. Drizzle on 3 tbsp. of the olive oil mixture and toss everything together on the pan. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
  • Remove the pan from the oven and add the broccoli. Drizzle on the remaining olive oil mixture and toss all the ingredients in the pan. Place back into the oven and roast for another 20- 25 minutes, or until everything looks brown and roasted. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with herbs, and toss all together. Serve immediately.
