Ingredients

  • 1 cup Capital Ham Sausage Ring chopped

  • 1 Pie Dough this recipe uses pre-made dough for convenience

  • 5 Eggs beaten

  • 1.5 cups 2% Milk

  • 1 cup Swiss Cheese grated

  • 2/3 cup Roasted Red Peppers chopped

  • 2 tbsp. Sage chopped

  • 2 tbsp. Rosemary chopped

  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper

  • 1/4 tsp. Salt

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350ºf. Grease enough muffin tins to make 18 individual quiches.
  • Roll out the pie dough to 1/8” thick. Take a 3 ½ inch circle cookie cutter and cut out 18 circles. The dough will have to re- rolled once, to ensure 18 circles can be cut out. Press each of the circles into the muffin.
  • Whisk together the milk and eggs until well combined. Combine the next 7 ingredients in a separate bowl and spoon the ham sausage mixture into the pie dough cup, filling them up about ¾ full.
  • Pour in the egg mixture until the cups are full, and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiches have fully set. Remove from the oven, and allow to cool in their pan for about 10 minutes before taking them out of the muffin pan. Serve with salad and enjoy!
